How to manage a daily sales pipeline

A simple SMB pipeline: daily columns, follow-up flags, and a board that tells you who to work today.

A pipeline only works if someone looks at it every day. For a small team, that means a short list—not a forecast spreadsheet you update on Fridays.

  1. Use a few statuses

KASHDI CRM: Prospect → Contacted → Engaged → Replied → Lead → Won / Lost. Move the card when the conversation changes, not when you “feel busy.”

  2. Let due work surface

Today pulls first emails and follow-ups that are actually waiting. Sales Tracker tracks deal follow-up dates and overdue flags.

  3. Protect the cap

Plans include a prospect quota. That is intentional: a 100- or 500-person CRM you work is more valuable than a 20,000-row sheet you ignore.

FAQ

Questions teams actually ask

Is KASHDI a CRM for small business?

Yes. The CRM is a kanban pipeline with statuses from Prospect to Won/Lost, plus contact history, first-mail and follow-up jobs, tags, and plan-based prospect limits.

Can I keep using spreadsheets?

You can import CSV contacts. After import, follow-ups, campaign stages, and Today jobs live in KASHDI so the sheet is not the system of record.
