FAQ

Questions teams actually ask

What is KASHDI?

KASHDI is an AI sales engine and AI marketing engine for small and medium-sized businesses. Teams use it to discover leads, manage CRM, automate follow-ups, create content, and run daily sales work from one workspace.

Who is KASHDI for?

KASHDI is built for SMB founders, sales managers, and small sales or marketing teams who need a daily workflow—not a stack of disconnected tools. It is not positioned as an enterprise-only CRM.

Does KASHDI include a CRM?

Yes. KASHDI includes a pipeline CRM (prospect through won/lost), first emails, follow-ups, prospect records, and a Sales Tracker for deals and due follow-ups. Each plan has a prospect cap you can see on pricing.

How does lead discovery work?

You can add people from visiting cards, CSV import, inbound API, and optional Apollo search when you connect your own Apollo key. KASHDI does not guarantee that every contact has a valid email, and it does not claim to find every lead in a market.

Is there a free trial?

When a trial is published by the platform, you can start a time-limited workspace with a prospect cap and no card required. If trial is not published, you can still request a demo or buy a plan when checkout is enabled.

Does KASHDI send WhatsApp messages?

No. Outreach in KASHDI is email campaigns, CRM follow-up email, and social scheduling (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook when those connectors are configured). There is no WhatsApp sending channel.

What is an AI Sales Engine in KASHDI?

It is the sales side of the product: Today’s job list, CRM pipeline, follow-up cadence, campaign sequences, and Sales Tracker. The system ranks waiting work so the team knows who to contact next.

Does KASHDI pick the next best action?

Yes, inside the logged-in Today board. KASHDI lists waiting jobs—inbound contacts, first emails, follow-ups, reviews—and highlights a next job. People still send, skip, or complete the work; it is not autopilot for every deal.

How are follow-ups automated?

Campaigns use intro, follow-up, and closure stages. CRM suggests follow-ups with a 3–4 day email gap. Sales Tracker flags overdue deal follow-ups. Approvals can hold outbound mail until a reviewer sends it.

Where do KASHDI leads come from?

Sources you control: visiting-card upload (OCR), CSV import, lookalike/ICP search via Apollo if you add an Apollo API key, inbound CRM API, and optional web email lookup. Apollo results respect your daily lead cap and email filter. Contact details can be missing or outdated.

Can I focus on specific countries?

Yes. Market focus on Today lets you prefer regions such as India, the Middle East, and Africa, or add countries. Discovery and Today jobs then prefer those markets. It does not magically expand coverage beyond the data sources you enabled.
