How small businesses can find B2B leads
Practical B2B lead sources for SMBs: cards, CSV, ICP search, and what KASHDI will and will not claim about contact data.
You do not need a giant database subscription on day one. You need a repeatable way to capture people you already meet, then expand with a search you control.
-
Start with leads you already have
Upload visiting cards. Import a CSV. Push contacts from another form or app through KASHDI’s inbound CRM API. These sources are yours; quality is usually higher than a cold list.
-
Add ICP search when you are ready
KASHDI can search lookalikes using job title, industry, company size, and location. If you connect an Apollo.io API key, search uses that provider, with a daily lead cap and optional “email only” filter. If Apollo is off, you still have cards, CSV, and inbound.
-
Focus the map
If you sell in India, the Middle East, and Africa, set those as market focus on Today. Discovery and the daily board then prefer those regions. That is a filter, not a guarantee of coverage.
-
Be honest about data
Emails can be missing, generic (info@), or out of date. KASHDI does not claim to find every lead or to verify every address. Qualify in CRM: tag, review, then campaign.
